We’ll Help You Beat Timeshare Fraud
Sometimes, it’s important to ask for help. Why can asking for help seem so difficult? It shouldn’t be. It’s such an easy thing to ask. However, sometimes it can be very hard. Is it because people don’t want to seem weak? Why do some people associate weakness with asking for help? It’s time to change to dialogue completely on that front. There’s nothing weak about asking for help. If anything, when you ask for help it is a sign of strength. It is a sign that you realize that there is nothing else that you can do on your own. You ask for help because there’s something you can’t do. It’s hard to accept that there are some things in life that we can’t do, or some things that we need help with. The most important thing to remember is that there is nothing wrong with asking and receiving help.
In an article on Forbes.com, contributor Krista Rizzo takes a look at why asking for help is a good thing, and why we should all embrace it. Rizzo begins, “I coach a lot of people on finding the courage to step up and ask for help. I don’t know where it began, but the idea that asking for help is a weakness is one of the most ridiculous things I’ve ever heard, and it only took me 30-something years to realize it.” (Rizzo, 2017). Rizzo makes a great point. The association between asking for help and weakness is silly. If you need any help, you shouldn’t hesitate to ask.
Don’t Be Afraid to Ask for Help
Don’t be afraid to ask for help. Rizzo’s article continues to explore her journey on how to ask for help. She continues, “I have a strong-willed, Type A personality. Until recently, I had spent most of my life “doing it all” in an effort to appear as though I had everything under control all the time: relationships, career, parenting, all of it. Most of that time, I was managing just fine, operating on all cylinders without feeling like I was being swallowed up by the burden of responsibility. Multitasking became a word I used regularly and a trait I honed with admiration from friends and family. Here’s the thing: At some point, even the best of us need help. Knowing when to ask for help and understanding why you need it is ultimately the most important thing.” (Rizzo, 2017). Does any of this ring true for any of you? Do you find yourself reluctant to ask for help in your timeshare woes? Well, you shouldn’t. We can help you at Wesley Financial. Phone scams or otherwise, if it has something to do with timeshare fraud, we can help you. Rizzo further continues her article by pointing out some tips on how to get yourself ready to ask for help.
“Change your mindset.”
Rizzo emphasizes, “Stop thinking you have to be the one that does it all and start accepting you’re only one person. Once you get it in your head that you are worthy of the luxury of having help from others, your world will open up, allowing you more time to do things that inspire you and, subsequently, those around you.“ (Rizzo, 2017). It is our job to help people at Wesley Financial. Phone scam or otherwise doesn’t frighten us. If it has something to do with timeshare fraud, then we can help you. “Make time for yourself.”
Rizzo continues, “We often neglect ourselves because we’re too busy doing everything. In the end, that’s not helpful to anyone: It causes burnout and frustration, which creates a recipe for combustion. Make sure you’re taking time every day for a little self-care. Five minutes before bed, an hour at the gym, whatever it takes to have a few moments to clear your head and allow yourself the freedom to decompress, make it happen. It will change your perspective and your attitude.” (Rizzo, 2017). It is important to take care of yourself, no matter what you are going through. A great way to make more time for yourself is to let us take care of your timeshare problems at Wesley Financial. Phone scam, email, or in-person, we’ve seen all the tricks timeshare fraudsters use. “Reassess your priorities.”
This is Rizzo’s last recommendation. Rizzo states, “There will come a time in your life when you’ll have to take a hard look at your situation and make a major change, and that’s OK. Whether personally or professionally, it’s not an easy task. Reassessing allows you the luxury to focus on yourself and the people who matter the most. Take a good look at your life and make sure you’re living it in the best way you can.Over the last five years, my entire life has changed. I left a job that I realized was no longer serving me in multiple ways. I started doing things that made me and my family happy, and I didn’t worry about other people’s opinions. I started practicing mindset techniques and journaling again. I found my true calling in coaching. Helping others create their dream lives is what I was born to do. None of it would have been possible if I hadn’t started asking for help. Asking for help has strengthened every aspect of my life and affords me the ability to look forward with optimism and excitement. As soon as you begin to implement asking for help in your life, your mindset will shift, your priorities will change and you’ll have the ability to focus on you for a change. Sometimes small tweaks are all it takes to make a big impact. You should try it. Help: It’s a good four-letter word.” (Rizzo, 2017).
